Design thinking principles and approach

By offering a design thinking approach to finding solutions to the challenges within your establishment, we aim to take a customized approach to these challenges facing your environment. While several universal truths remain within the service sector, no business is the same. Certain fundamentals exist, but the approach to the solution may vary from one restaurant to another.

The play-based learning approach

Play forms a fundamental way in learning for different learning styles in human development. The same applies to adults as with children. Skills development, brain development, social and emotional learning (SEL) are all interconnected to the ultimate goal of achieving guest satisfaction. We use role playing, practical on the job examples of how this can be achieved. Learning new skills can be fun, interactive and inspire changed behavior with team members.
